We’ve all been there. You’re walking along a walkway and suddenly you trip over a section of uneven concrete causing you to trip and possibly fall. The Americans with Disabilities Act defines a trip hazard as any vertical change over ¼ inch at any joint or crack in the concrete. Because the ADA demands strict compliance and places direct responsibility on the property owners, trip and fall hazards left unrepaired can lead to significant legal liability.

Before & After Mudjacking

WHAT DO WE USE FOR MUDJACKING?

The substance we pump is called a cement slurry. For 99% of the jobs we do (which are primarily residential), the mixture is as follows: 20% brown soil, 20% black soil, 20%clay, 20% sand, and 20% crushed lime stone. To this we add water and 3.5 bags of Portland cement to every cubic yard of our above described substance. On commercial jobs, we are sometimes required to change this substance by adding metal fileings or using a non-shrink grout.

Unlike other mud jacking companies, we offer a 4 year guarantee on all of our jobs without a service fee. We guarantee our quotes without passing on additional charges to our customers. We are a business with integrity and we stand by our services and guarantees.
